thanks for the info there Inc. However Citi Noms, could have sold approx 1.5mill since their last notice which is not quite 1% of stock on issue. How long would they have to notify UMC of the change?? Or do they even have to? Perhaps this is where I am getting 30 days from...Nothing of what you have quoted says how long they have to notify for less then 1% change whilst they still maintain their holding above 5%.

Answer why JRL took 8 days to notify ALY of their change in substantial holding please. There are heaps of instances where there is more then two days between sales/buys and notices sent.
