re: Ann: Letter of Intent with Hickory Develo... I would think that they will have to issue revised guidance before the end of the year. Looking like they already have 10M+ of jobs for this year. At least this announcement got a bit of positive action on the market. Prvious announcement seemed to just ramp up the sell pressure.
