Hi Folks In my last post I tried to present various balanced views on four questions. I am not sure I will post that way again, because 75% of people had already made up their minds ignoring other parts of the post, mostly based on no evidence. Only a few noticed the huge weekly advance from 0.725 to a peek of 1.05 and then close at .097. So many screaming its a deal for mates. Who drove the SP up to 1.05 settling at 0.97. I suggested that it could have been the requisitioning shareholder to draw attention to his cause of making two directors resign to be replaced by only himself. Four director down to three? So much power So that could enable him to force the next capital raise for his mates??? Why question the two current directors and not the requisitioning shareholder and potential future director. This attack against two directors only brings the company into disrepute and into the attention of many potentially interested financial institutions warning them to stay away. Basically trash talk. Never good for the SP. What are Bryant McLarty goals, if it was for the good of the companies reputation this is the last thing we need. I suspect its about power and influence We have a company that has got so many things right over the last 3 years , under the four current directorships and CEO. The AEM acquisition was a genius move as we can now all appreciate in hindsight. While it was happening there were many doubters. Eagle Audio in my belief will fall into the same category. The size of the next capital raise should be enough to look at other bolt-ups and plug-ins without going into debt. Nothing wrong with a 10M war chest. Capex on the new plant , new plant transitioning cost , input materials for upcoming CVM production, debt retirement, after Jan next year cash payment to everyone who current receives shares for remuneration payments. A big issue on many HC posts. Why now not after the FAA approval? I have seen so many capital raises of my stock that after the initial placement the shares return lower that the placement price which drives shareholders crazy ( TLG was the last one I participated in, still lower). We have employees who receive shares as a bonus and others instead of wages. I tack on current shareholders on the back of this. A RTS issue will mean they will have to come up with cash to participate ( a hard decision for many) but doing a RTS issue ahead of a 90% guaranteed FAA STP approval on WIFI installations will add confidence to pay up. Just my guestimate , DYOR after The FAA STP approval of WIFI installations I have the SP initially bouncing somewhere in the range of 1.50 - 2.05. That will be a very volatile period. Lets propose in a post FAA STP WIFI and the SP is at 1.70 after being at 2.05 we try a capital raise when the SP is at 1.70 for a 1 in 10 RTS at 1.44. The cost to Employees, directors , shareholders is much higher but where is the immediate upside potential. IF the SP then falls because of a lack of instant revenue to 1.30s there will be blood on the SMN HC streets. The Whingers will go crazy. In my opinion its much better to do a capital raise before the FAA approval. Not necessarily at 0.62 . I'll do a 1 for 10 raise at 0.70. Because the FAA approval Lies ahead. Just the way I deal with the markets so that I am not surprised by what plays out. As Always DYOR After reading through this HC thread my confidence in HC posters here suggests I bring a bigger shovel. cheers Lies

YOu do realise that a raise at 1.44 would see much less than half of the additional shares issued. Do you understand the concept of dilution? I'd rather follow my money on good, company making news than be diluted by someone else buying at a discount while we are still in limbo.
