Actually, I have similar problems and it acted as a deterrent to apply for promotions
Since retiring, I actually joined HC to force myself to write and hopefully improve…I still get my to and too confused and the past and present tense etc
I simply don’t give a damn if someone has ago at me ..instead off abuse they can re-educate me!
