I'm in 100% agreement with the comments here. Growth of a company is what they are paid a healthy wage to do on the daily. A performance bonus is where performance has exceeded expectations and nothing has been exceeded just yet. I would like to see a system where these shares are offered to management as options at a discount. Say a 50% discount on current share price and they can purchase the options and put their hard earned money where their mouth is. The bonuses are way to big IMO
