Couple of points that caught my eye -
1) PromarkerD name was hidden so no bias involved
2) 78% 'very' or 'extremely' likely which suggests the questions most likely had a 5 point scale. So not only were most of the respondents in favor of using a predictive test like PromarkerD, they were significantly in favor!
Extrapolate that 78% to the 31M diabetics just in the US alone and you really start the long term possibilities here.
