This is government cunning at its worst. How much money would be returned to the government within Hrs or days of paying out the benefits.
EG: Pubs, Bottle Shops, Gambling in one form or another and Smokes. All heavily taxed with no benefit to the disadvantaged. Maybe another way is Photo ID ,Food tickets,free Health and medical ,Housing and Transport, Tafe style training and attendance.
