Whiddon, the board are not wanting any TO and are not entertaining the idea.
These guys are committed to run this as a company and turn this into a major cash cow with dividends. I agree the trances whilst might seem low bar and it's them taking scoops of shares, the reason is more to do with major funds coming on board. I suggest more of you get better relationships with the board and chat with them occasionally. If it was just SP appreciation, this could happen based on FOMO or just market sentiment. These trances are more deliverables that show the company is continually de-risking which is good for conservative fund managers
