There is a difference here. All of those companies you use created markets that were not there before. They invented something.
But AVZ management havent created it yet. They are diving into the money trough as they go. Nigel and the team did not invent the lithium in the DRC, its been there for some time. Nor are they the first to mine in Manono, so they are not making the impossible possible. They are executing the mining script that hundreds of companies have used to take a product to market. They didnt invent the product, nor did they create the market. It is creating itself.
I am under no illusion that what AVZ is doing isnt hard to do. But its also what they are being paid to do already. Dont fall for the idea that they should be getting paid whatever they like to grab as a fair salary. Believe me, they will be more than wealthy with what they have already at the end of this exercise.
Just remember, they work for us company owners. You have the right to vote to turn down their pay rise request.
