A lot of discussion in the past about how the true value of the company will not be realised by trading activity on the ASX. ie. Offers will be received many multiples to the SP regardless of what information we are provided and no consideration will be given to the SP by interested parties. ie. they will bid at as high a price that they believe they can make a return/protect their market position.

So it's in our interest that as many interested buyers are brought to the table to create an auction situation. With WD having a right of refusal to trump the bid.
