Sorry disagree with comment that Santos only needed tp spend a small incremental amount to complete Dukas.
From what I understand at the time - there was no rig in Au that could handle the high pressure - thus to source a rig it will have to come from overseas. My stab is at least usd3m in seafreight costs - plus trucking from Darwin.
Say usd20 - 25m to source and redrill Dukas as a single use for the rig.
am not defending Santos here - simply clarifying the costs
