In my oppinion it's always been a TO play . My guess is when the German realised a TO was not imminent he dumped his 60 million freebie shares and left it to his mate NF to control . Crap CR's and millions of more freebie shares later are these guys just waiting for the hammer to drop ??? A $2B Take Over would be an insult . Only those holding 10's of millions of shares would be OK with that. At the end of the day if the SP reflects fair value then personally I couldn't care less . I just don't see a small outfit from W.A taking this any futher than than have to . all imo only
