You don't think that the owners of the company (ie the shareholders) have a right to ask questions when their company has been issued 2 x please explains in the last 2 weeks?

AND the share price is down significantly off the back of some of the best gold drilling results in the history of the ASX?
I have invested tens of thousands of hard earned dollars, and I have also invested (and shared) hundreds of hours of time spent on researching this company.
As have others.
Every single holder, irrespective of the size of the holding, has paid for the right to ask questions of management and hold them to account.
I have said before, I like Chris and his passion and enthusiasm, and whilst I don't believe he is the one pulling the strings, I do not like the fact that we are being robbed in broad daylight and being told it is for our own good because "institutions wanted in" and the market is a scary place.
Whilst it is important to have institutional investors on the register, it is important to have a board and management team that has appropriate skin in the game. As I posted yesterday the Top 20 only hold 33% of the 1.7 billion shares on issue. 15% of the resource is not owned by this entity, but it is owned by others who are involved in this company, and this 15% holding does not get diluted inline with our holdings.
When it comes to the 20% discounted shares sold in the raise, at worst they are used against the company to suppress the share price by selling into the announcement, or they flipped in 2 weeks for a 90% profit AFTER all the holders were excluded and the last month of declines were erased in an instant.
Anyways, I believe the only path forward for the company is for a clean out of the board and management.
Their integrity has come into question too many times, they have been shown not to act in the best interests of shareholders, and the management team despite all of their enthusiasm lack the experience to take this company from an explorer to a multi billion dollar operation.
Despite all of the positive news, I can't remember the last time any directors, managers or board members bought on market.
