I have yet to make an opinion on what has transgressed. But what is the outcome of a full clean out of the board. Do you have suggestions on who replaces the board?
And then, do you believe in their capabilities from the start? How long does it take to get a board up to speed to hit the ground running?
It's great to grab pitchforks straight away and out a management team someone isn't happy with, but what of the fallout. If the majority is in favour of this, then so be it, but short term thinking needs to replaced with a longer term mindset for who you think will be suitable for the position, and also how long it would take from someone to run a junior company knowing that they might be on the chopping block as well if things aren't to the liking.
