my midnight thoughts were (and I have no idea if this is even plausible):
>the next lot of wafers has been fabricated, and it's megabit (or bigger).
>they went into to TH the day the chips were available for testing.
>theres two and a bit weeks needed to test and then write up the results in a market announcement.

if so many parties are all so close to the details of everything 4DS is doing, and have a commerical interest in the results - this seems like a smart way to give NO ONE an inside advantage to manipulate the shares and lock out any other potential suitors.

This way board can never be accused of the possibility leaks from the testing process that could have had an influence on the market or impacted shareholder value
