    It is now announced that the SPP has been varied due to oversubscription. Many o f us have been wrong in “mouthing”that the underwriter will be taking up most of the half a million dollars of shares. In this respect, they have increased the 1/2 M to 1M value of shares. What does that tell us? Others know more about the economic value of the ionic rare earth elements? Comments?
