Indeed. Well said. It looks very much like the pitchfork brigade shout but offer no solutions to their own grievances. It is very simple:
1. Engage in a dialogue with management (I always get answers back in a day or so)
2. after the dialogue make up your mind wether to stay or go.
3. if you stay it is fine to have constructive criticism based on facts, as long as not every single post for days and days on end is a waterfall of anger.
if the latter happens go back to point 1 or sell out.
it really is that simple folks.
