if sarepta would announce this during market close, then no. but sarepta would not name ANP without alignment with ANP management. So should anything like this happen, then they would time the NR's of both companies to be published around the same time.
but if sarepta would bring this out during market hours (with or without aligning with ANP) , then ANP would have to immediately halt the stock and then also issue an NR.
