He's the history since the company got out of surfware and got into motor bikes.
Creatures of leisure bought Vmoto in 07 and went on to buy Feedmoto which was Charles Chen's ( the MD and biggest shareholder) business. That was an ICE bike manufacturer. They got into electric bikes when they acquired the German Emax business in 2010. They also increased the capacity of the factory to 400,000 units per annum that year.
