So the story goes,

Apparently Polo stopped selling over a week ago. There was mind games between Btv and Polo, in relation to manipulation, Btv was controling the share price to limit the amount os shares polo was going to sell.??
The majority of shares traded has been mainly from Germany, as they, as a whole have reduces there holdings by about 10%. Prehaps just sick of waiting for the Licience renewal.
The schedualed meeting for the renewal has again been put back by a week or so. The most important event that we are all waiting on !! Still no negative indications that it wont be renewaled, just he local processes.
The director that dabbled in shares last weeek has actually increased his holdings.
All good things shall come to the those that wait, i have held for years now, and just like BMN, EXT, PDN, which i followed closely form the beggining, when it is there time it will fly. The next 3 months will be very exciting. Cheers!!!
