Is any one else sitting there scratching their heads wondering 'How come the word "EXCLUSIVITY" is now missing from these announcements'?

Hang on a second, there has been NO mention of the word exclusivity since the company went to investors asking for $20m in June Placement, this placement explicitly said the funds where "maybe for exclusivity", yet one quarter later, it is now obvious the lies made by the company directors to investors, as there is no mention since of "EXCLUSIVITY", nor is there any likelihood in the short term of this occuring. The only wording used now is "alliance agreement".

an "alliance agreement" is a PR-machine buzz word for "DISTRIBUTOR" - YES, well thats what happens when Nvidia own all the IP and Nvidia get paid 35% commission on every dollar for doing nothing. Distributors have minimal value as they dont actually own anything.

just another one of many red flags to add to the ponzi scheme that is this fraudulent company.
