If they're going to provide an 'update' in the 4C, I can't imagine it meaning anything other than the search is still in progress.They will likely have an update saying they have a short list and have conducted some discussions with candidates.
The actual announcement of a formal CEO selection will no doubt form it's own ASX ANN, meaning any update in the 4C will simple say they have 'progressed' somehow.
