No, that's incorrect. "The directors are still innocent" is a logical inconsistency. This is an objective truth. The directors are either guilty or innocent right now. The directors are treated as innocent until proven otherwise. The courts being slow doesn't mean that they get a free pass, particularly from shareholders. "They have nothing to answer for" is also a bit of a leap. They are being charged with illegal activities. They really should answer the cases.
