Actually, that was not what I replied to. CR is a given anyway.
Your post suggested that the water drilling was not something to report. I do refute that - it is part of the lease agreement and was stated in the last update. They are obliged to report it in some way.
If you were not downramping then maybe state why you even posted the comment.
