Well, yes, that's the normal cycle although in the case of $DNK - it's been prolonged ("orphan period").

I don't know where the price will go but my hope is that it will spur takeover interest once funded. Either way, not a bad place to park some money if funded because if the trajectory of the potash market is maintained, it'll do very well long term.

Until funding is secure, no interested party will play ball. Naturally, they hope the Eritreans will get tired of waiting.
