If a Wall St trader entered a coma in 2010 and just came out and was only shown market data over the last 11 years (excluding Feb to Oct last year) and was asked how he thinks the real world was going, he'd say swimmingly at the least. All good here. If you then told him that there are 65 million empty appartments in China, their population is now declining, and there are several real estate companies there that each have an actual $0.5 trillion AUD debt each, and that they need to each sell a million or three appartments/year at about 15 to 25 year multiples of median chinese wages to avoid a $3+ trillion bond implosion.... And then there is the developed world that has just acquired several trillion in pandemic debt, works out at about $1M to $2M per coronavirus death. We are in a truly insane world at the moment. Words can't describe it. As for LKE, it's just what's needed...getting lithium for cleaner energy in a way that's not detectable from space, nor the aquifers and vegetation many km from extraction site. And rapid development to nimbly respond to lithium demand.
