If I was John Houston and we (YPB) had the tech sorted, ready to roll out and serious revenue generating contracts were around the corner, I would be confident that the shareprice would be higher in 6 months so I would only raise the minimum now.

What is the quarterly cash burn and how much did YPB just raise? Please review and draw your own conclusions.

John Houston always tries to protect himself against diluting his own shareholding, so this raising must hurt him…..or….. get ready for a huge amount of “performance shares” to be issued to our illustrious leader.

What was the price that YPB compulsory bought shares back from the small, long suffering shareholders a few months ago? I bet these people are far from impressed with YPB.
