Unfortunately Dosdogs has a point. The 0.05 statistic comment is true.

"You can use either P values or confidence intervals to determine whether your results are statistically significant. ... So, if your significance level is 0.05, the corresponding confidence level is 95%. If the P value is less than your significance (alpha) level, the hypothesis test is statistically significant."

That's what he or she was referring to and its probably the reason Imugene has to follow up with 3 sub trials in phase 2, they understand that the best way forward is rather than finish the phase 2 trial, now they know Hervaxx is effective and causing patients to produce antibodies directly relating to the treatment from Hervaxx in the patient. Essentially it kept the cost down and now we also get one of those 3 subtrials (or phase 2b) funded by another party.

I'm sure that we will have these subtrials designed so that the confidence interval is at a value of 0.05- at least I hope so. It would make much more sense considering the results so far.

I don't agree with Dosdogs comments that the price will be less in weeks to come considering PD1 is around the corner, Hervaxx final results etc
