Owning the Casino is like owning the commonwealth bank to me. But safer. people forgetting they PRINT/make MONEY 24/7 365 DAYS week non stop babysitting and pampering punters on holidays. Would be in the governments interests to keep it pumping 24/7. For thousands of years in the end the house always wins.
