I simply read what they said (and what other companies had said), did some research, applied some common sense and didn’t like what they were saying/doing. It was simple things like starting without approvals yet seeking high stakes loans. The Lake Wells scoping study being out of whack with others. The Apollo recipe of recycling their people from company to company, rewarding them highly with options/rights. The volume of crap spouted by Tony was unbelievable yet punters seemed to lap it up.
The salt harvest announcement was official but not many people understood the maths, the ratio of harvest salts to SOP. Anyone who had read all the feasibility studies would see a potential problem.
The financing became far too difficult for the average punter to understand. Fully funded 3-4 times. That in itself was a major concern.
