About RICHARD PATRICIO
Richard Patricio is the Chief Executive Officer of Pinetree Capital Ltd., a Toronto-based diversified investment, financial advisory and venture capital firm which specializes in the early-stage resource and technology investments. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and President of Mega Uranium Ltd. a uranium-focused investment and development company with assets in Canada and Australia.
In addition to his legal and corporate experience, Richard has built a number of mining companies with global operations. He holds senior officer and director positions in several junior mining companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture, AIM and NASDAQ exchanges. Previously, Richard practised law at a top tier law firm in Toronto and worked as in-house General Counsel for a senior TSX listed company. He received his law degree from Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.

Richard Patricio is President and CEO of Mega Uranium Ltd. and has served in this capacity since February 2015, having been Mega Uranium’s Executive Vice President since 2005. Mr. Patricio previously served as the CEO of Pinetree Capital Ltd., a TSX-listed investment company specializing in early stage resource investments.
Mr. Patricio is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He previously worked at a large Toronto-based law form before moving in-house. Mr. Patricio has been involved with the founding and growth of many resource-based issuers and other technology companies, and presently sits on the Board of several companies, including NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSX, NYSE: NXE), Toro Energy Ltd. (ASX:TOE), ISO Energy Ltd (TSXV:ISO) and Sterling Metals Corp. (TSXV: SAG)

Greg Shirtliff is responsible for the management and direction of the geology and resources of Toro’s Wiluna Uranium Project.
Greg has over 15 years’ experience in the geology and geochemistry of uranium including a PhD in uranium geochemistry from the Australian National University. Since his studies, Greg has spent over nine years in various roles in the uranium industry from environmental, mine geology and resource, exploration and project management in both mining and exploration. This has included a number of years at ERA-Rio Tinto’s Ranger Mine and as the Senior Geoscientist for Cameco Australia, where he managed a diverse portfolio of projects in uranium deposits and styles of mineralisation throughout Australia, Canada and the USA. About RICHARD HOMSANY
Richard Homsany has extensive experience in the resources industry, having been the Executive Vice President for Australia at TSX listed Mega Uranium Ltd since April 2010. He has also worked for North Ltd, an ASX top 50-listed internationally diversified resources company in operations, risk management and corporate prior to its takeover by Rio Tinto Ltd.
Richard is an experienced corporate lawyer and Certified Practising Accountant advising numerous clients in the energy and resources sector, including public listed companies. He was Corporate Partner of international law firm DLA Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper) where he advised clients on a range of transactions and matters including capital raisings, IPO’s, stock exchange listings, mergers & acquisitions, finance, joint ventures, divestments and governance.
He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has a Commerce Degree and Honours Degree in Law from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from FINSIA (State Dux).
Richard has significant board experience with public listed companies in Australia and Canada. He is the Chairman of ASX listed copper explorer Redstone Resources Ltd and TSX-V listed iron ore and gold explorer Central Iron Ore Limited. Mr Homsany is currently the Chairman of the Health Insurance Fund of Australia Limited.
