it's not an actual chip, but an optimised environment that behaves exactly as a chip would.
you can download, play and test the same software through the MetaTF package, but it's not quite the same and having a bespoke environment.
you're effectively cutting out the 3rd party interfaces that would not be there in the real world.
great step forward. I've been playing with metaTF for a while now. still learning.
