I would hope that since we had a virtual AGM last year, we would understand the technology well enough to not delay our AGM over. ... I'd also hope that considering we're a Melbourne-based company, we've been planning for at least a partially-virtual AGM for months.

I'd take a pretty cynical view if we're delayed due to needing additional preparation time.

Personally, I'd hope our AGM wouldn't be delayed for it to be in the company's favour.
If we have problems, I'd like to know and understand. I'd like to have proposed actions/mitigations in place to resolve them, and then celebrate in 2months once it's achieved. ... I don't want to have the company delay an AGM to avoid communicating the current situation.
