If they did , I would think it would have been in their interest to disclose that $US million dollar profit from the sale of Royalties. And its certainly ' Material ' enough of a transaction not to mention the ' mileage ' you would get from a proper announcement. This is NOT monopoly ' Play Money ' we are giving them to just make balance sheet trades without advising shareholders on these ' Mining Trading ' activities. We are in fact a Mining and explorations company so I would reckon these sorts of activities could be deemed reportable .

I means there are some Companies in the ' Tech ' space that would report earnings from of a million US dollars at the drop of a hat and the blink of an eye.. So i guess it would again come back to transparency in reporting.

And where did all these USE of funds come from again........where they in the Sayona capital raising and rights issue Prospectus ?
