Cap. raise set in stone. Their should be no change if FAA approval comes in before rights are actually issued.
It is likely some will sell prior to exercising their rights to obtain the cash to exercise their rights. I am surprised at the relatively low volume today which indicates there is no stampede to sell shares to obtain cash to exercise rights.
