DoCoMo and NT&T will release on Monday the new Raku Raku model mobile phone for the FOMA and i-mode networks and it sounds like it has the same functionality as Face Messanger!

NTT DoCoMo is rolling out its latest Raku Raku phone. For the first time, a phone in this series will be compatible with the Japanese operator's 3G network.
The new handset sports a camera that enables videophone calls and video clips can be sent using DoCoMo's i-motion mail service.
The phone also comes equipped with many Raku Raku standard features, including blinking screens and on-screen user guides. The FOMA Raku Raku handset has the "read aloud" feature, which enables audio readouts of i-mode site pages, message logs, operating menus and e-mail transmission confirmations.
The handset is due to be released on Sept. 4, with pricing set through DoCoMo sales channels."
