Thanks for the tag Myleo but this is a hard one.
Here's a weekly chart, SP has fallen through what was a strong demand zone, recently it's worked back to it but I think it needs more time to confirm and I'd be reluctant to say its bottomed. I'd want to see that 50ema (red) shallowing out at least.

Currently on the daily there is bullish momentum but it's seen that before in this downtrend.
Sorry mate, I'm not a bundle of joy on this one but if you tagged me in a month and the SP was 1400, I wouldn't be surprised either. Holders sure are due for a reversal. All just my opinion.
