You may prefer cash. I want increased exposure to Ni and Li, not a fat CGT bill.
This suggests IGO's bid will need good options for exiting WSA holders, say, all cash and a genuine corporate swap alternative.
I attribute all today's price rise to the PoN and the valuation implicit in the battle for Noront Resources. Whether IGO bids for WSA remains an open question.
