I just noticed as well with respects to you above QPM ' Extract ' of the ( LRC ) acquisition.

It appears their is an ' inconsistency ' in the wording because SOQUEM who is obviously a subsidiary of Investment Quebec ......and according to Sayona's original Moblan acquisition announcement had ' Forgone ' its right of refusal to take of the 60% of the Moblan transaction off Guo Ao.

However the above wording suggests the in fact LRC had the ' FIRST ' right of refusal and so has agreed to allow Sayona effectively the ' SECOND ' right after SOQUEM inc rejected LRC ' FIRST ' right.

O.K so here's where it all gets a little more interesting.

As it turns out LRC or Lithium Royalty Corporation is a SUBSIDIARY of Lithium Corporation ( the Parent Organisation ) , and is the same Lithium Company who not only has done the 60% staged earn in with Altura for the Fish Lake Valley lithium Project in Nevada , but also is obviously the same Lithium Corporation who I believe Altura bought 11 million shares at 5 cents to acquire 15% of Lithium Corporation for US$500,000 back in October 2012.

So seems the Plot does get very Interesting with this ' Boutique ' bunch of Lithium specialist including a couple of its ( Lithium Royalties Corp's ) Directors in Constantine Karayannopoulos who is also the Chairman of Neo Lithium and Matt Jeneau who is currently a Senior Advisor to LRC but had previously been with Albemarle for 35 years up until 2018 in various roles including running their $1.2 billion Performance Chemicals unit as its President .

There is also a couple of significant Broker Contacts including one particular fellow at LRC who comes from a background rich in experience from BOTH Goldman Sachs as well as J.P Morgan .....who incidentally are BOTH significant shareholders with Goldman's more recently being a significant NET Buyer per the last Broker Report. ( There are 2 associated Goldman accounts in that last report )
But it gets even better folks because Lithium Corporation who I just told you was the Parent Entity of ( LRC ) - they currently have as one of their Directors .....none other than Altura as well as our own Director James Brown.

Now I'm not sure if Altura still hold its 11 million Lithium Corporation shares on account of its Bankruptcy administration , but last time I checked before they went into Administration they were still holding this position. I remember because I remember making the observation that had they sold that stake back at the peak in early 2018 , they could have netted themselves around $155 million .....and which would have obviously saved their backsides from a lot of grief later on.

They also had a free attaching 1 for 1 warrant for another 11 million shares in Lithium Corporation which came into effect 12 months after the first anniversary of
their 15% stake which were exercisable at US 15 cents per unit if they exercise them any time between the 1st and 2nd year anniversaries. However , I don't think they took up these warrants.

So it would seem that there really is more than meets the eye and ' underneath ' the surface on this Moblan transaction ....and it may not be all that far fetched if in fact we do see some collaborations due the connections that cut right across LRC , its Parent Lithium Corporation , Altura ........and maybe even Winsome due the involvement of former Altura COO Chris Evans - as they also have LRC who have agreed to take up a significant stake in Winsome's forthcoming Lithium IPO with its basket of Quebec Lithium Properties.

So even BIGGER things may indeed be unfolding here folks .....smile.png
