Yes it is poorly stored waste and tailings. Been on the ground there.
Points being;
- It will be a liability if they proceed with the project to much extent
- It will raise red flags with environmental authorities if they proceed with the project to much extent
By no means insurmountable, but a cost nonetheless.
Crazy if you don't look at the risks with any mining investment. (as opposed to a quick trade)
