That's a possibility but there's no guarantee how many shares anyone's going to get in either the priority issue or the regular IPO. I'm guessing the IPO will be oversubscribed and it'll likely be big investors or instos that get the lion's share. Retail holders might find it difficult to get even $50,000 worth for instance. Of course after listing they can buy on market but I have a feeling it'll open at something like 40c, not 20. If you were sure you could what you applied for it'd probably be a great idea to sell MTC now and throw it all into the WR1 IPO.
