Correct chocbloc and so why IMO they need to be 1st movers with H2 powered turbines.
Cheap proton process H2 from an abandoned heavy oil or gas well, which they will probably get PAID to take off someone's hands at around 50c - 20c per Kg of H2, actually cheaper than powering with gas at present.
Not sure that they are up to it, they move at less then snail's pace but I live in hope they see the light. It seems a very good fit IMO
