It's not just an arbitrary number. They've looked at a 10% sample of the base and actually seen a 60% uptake. They have then, conservatively, halved that percentage of uptake to 30%, to come up with a projected revenue. It is a more conservative number than just coming out and saying "We expect a 60% uptake across the board" and the ASX will have viewed the same data before allowing the release of the announcement! If the ASX have approved the announcement there is no issue and I believe we'll see far more than a 30% uptake.

Haha yeah Adrian is a top bloke! You can tell a lot by talking to a person and he is very passionate about what he does and his desire to revolutionise and modernise the payments industry. I just laugh when people try to make out like he has some nefarious motive and is just trying to make himself rich at shareholders expense. He wants his employees and shareholders to all benefit from what he and the company are doing and he drops plenty of hints a long the way. Those who choose to view that in a different way will miss out and that's their own fault!
