Yes, I would say more likely 18 or 19c --- say 16c per share in retained cash plus something for the ID. If the ID can be sold for 8 x EBITDA then that would equate to about 4c per share.
Let's say return of capital/dividend is $1.45 --- adding up the bits we get a total of about $1.65.
A very good outcome especially for people who bought in when CDD was trading at under 50c (which was only March this year).

From a tax standpoint selling at $1.3 may be better than taking an unfranked div of $1.4 surely?
