It won’t be like selling an old goldmine. Lake Way hasn’t produced anything as far as we know. SO4 failed despite being the designers following feasibility and seeking resource specific advice. A new buyer can’t just walk in, turn on the power and start producing. They have to wait for the brine to evaporate. I can see an offer being far below cost to replace.
