Thanks for the reply Nigel. I may not agree with you, but I appreciate any well thought out post on here nowadays! I've got a meeting soon but let me quickly cover what I can.

So you'd like to be seeing some sort of revenue by 2022/23 huh? Well I just looked, and I started buying YRR at the end of 2014 eek.png So that basically means it has taken 7 years now to get the PFS and soon to be BFS out. Think about that for a moment!! I guess I too would like to think that this company will be able to stand on its own two feet by then, but one would have to concede that getting finance by the end of 2022 would be remarkable at the pace things are on. Even given that how long would you expect things to be up and running? End of 2025?? In regards to your comment about selling to US Vanadium where our own Daniel Harris "works", have a look below. Doesn't sound like a company looking to purchase much from Australia, despite their inside track. They seem good until 2026 now, and then they'll be running at full capacity.

HOT SPRINGS, Ark., Sept. 7, 2021 — U.S. Vanadium (“USV” or the “Company) is pleased to announce that it has secured five years of supply of vanadium feed material as USV continues to ramp up production of high-purity vanadium oxide and ultra-high-purity electrolyte for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (“VRFBs”) at its Hot Springs, AR facility. USV recovers vanadium from this feed material, sourced from India, and processes it into the world’s highest-purity vanadium oxides and downstream vanadium chemicals, including ultra-high-purity VRFB electrolyte. USV also processes vanadium feedstock streams from a variety of other sources. “We are pleased to have secured five years of supply of this high-volume and high-quality feedstock, as this will enable us to significantly expand our production operations while also further diversifying our vanadium feedstock supply chains,” said Mark A. Smith, Chairman and CEO of USV. “This material will help us serve the needs of titanium alloy producers and vanadium specialty chemicals markets, as well as help us to significantly ramp up our production of ultra-high-purity VRFB electrolyte that is in growing demand by the rapidly expanding VRFB industry.”

In regards to the plants, my point was that I would be shocked if both AVL and TMT go into production separately. My feelings are they will become one, and the first to get the funding will dictate terms. Nothing more nothing less. Oh and I got the 40% from the shares trading at over 3c and the options over 1c the week before. I think I was actually being very fair when I said 2.5c for a share and option was 40% off. Make sense?

Anyway, like I said you and I couldn't be further apart, and that's fine. I'm here to trade this thing after what I believe was being screwed over by some pretty amateuristic and selfish decisions. You bet your a$$ I'm not going to go hide in the corner, or ride off into the sunset with my tail between my legs. That may be how you do things mate, but not me. Oh no, I'll be commenting plenty, and if I ever write something that isn't factual, other than predictions I say with IMHO, please point them out and I'll delete the post. I have no beef with VA like I've said many times. He knows more about vanadium than almost anyone. Does that mean that AVL will be successful? Heck no! Do I think he is steering the ship and is able to support the shareholders how he'd like? Nope! Seems like a lot of new faces around who are much more concerned about keeping money lying around to pay their bills than long term shareholder value. In the end that's why I think they take the 1st deal they find (hoping to secure 10 more years on the job) and it will all become unstuck. Happens every day when Australian companies sell to overseas entities promising management and directors the world and then doing a 180 once the deal goes through.

All the while I'll be buying and selling on the panic and euphoria because there's no way in hell I'm not going to have a chair close by if the music stops. Now let's get a BFS out and get some anxious buyers rushing in huh!! Gotta run..........
