You have not been with rms long if you think RMS has always been a well managed company. In the past it was not. They gave away so much cash in early days they watered down shareholders. Shares went from 180 million to 1 billion shares on issue. That is not good capital management. Even management told me they didn't think RMS was going to make it. RMS share holders were watered down by 80%
RMS might be well managed now but at the same time they are a slave to the market and vulnerable to debt.
Some choose to be an ostrich and bury their head in the sand. A choice they need to make.
