There has been small amounts of shorts over the last three days. Yesterday was the largest day with 32,000 odd shorts. The last three days shorts are under water and will need to cover. I think they are playing Russian roulette at the moment. There will be announcements due at any time. I would prefer to be long than short. It only works in their favour if they can convince enough week hands to sell forcing the price down, they also need enough week hands to cover the volume of their shorts there when they are ready to buy back.
