personally, I sold my last shares in the high 1.5s just after the open. whilst the total value here is probably 1.65+, given the tax uncertainties re the dividend component, time to completion, and uncertain value/cash needs of the residual business, high 1.5s or even mid 1.5s seems fair to me.
keep in mind this deal won't close for another 3mos at least so there is opportunity cost here too.
