As the contract for ADO to supply Ellume expires any day - thought it would be good to have its own thread.
Facts are. - Ellume needs ADO's potion to supply their home tests in the USA and around the world - my understanding is they cannot switch suppliers and remove ADO's product without having it re approved by the FDA.
Derek indicated he has a great relationship with Sean Parsons !!!
So all eyes are watching - you would think ADO execs would want to sign and announce the deal prior to the current contract expiry date - as it shows the market they can sign a deal - even it is with an existing customer.
